Application for Employment
Interested in joining the Scott Transportation family? Start by filling out our Application for Employment. This is the first step to becoming a part of our team.
Request for Check of Driving Record
For all driving positions, we require a completed Request for Check of Driving Record. This ensures that we maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism on the road.
Disclosure and Authorization for Background Reports
Before finalizing your application, please review and sign the Disclosure and Authorization form. This is a mandatory step for all applicants, allowing us to conduct necessary background checks through the PSP Online Service.
Required Documents for New Hires
When submitting your application, please ensure that you also include a copy of your CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and medical certificate. These documents are essential for us to process your application.
How to Submit
Once you’ve completed the required forms and gathered your CDL and medical certificate, please submit them via email to denise@scotttransportation.com or drop them off at our office.
